An Adventure in Rexy

So my friends and I did something really really cool this last weekend... :) WE WATCHED A MOVIE IN A CAVE!!! Haha some of our guy friends had previously moved two couches into the Civil Defense Caves like 30 mins out of Rexburg. So we hiked down there and watched a movie on a projector. We watched a scary movie! I love scary movies, and it made it even better that we were in a pitch black cave. Seriously if you turned off all your lights you couldn't see your hand in front of your face... It was also really cold but we bundled up and had blankets so it was all good. But here are some pictures! don't judge because none of us could see the camera and the photographer couldn't see us... haha it was an adventure! so much FUN! :D

Us girls... Sam, Me, Asena and Kirby

Them boys... Cameron, Chris, Taylor, and Ryan

This is proof that there are fun things to do in Rexburg!! :D

I'm Addicted...

I LOVE JAMBA JUICE! I am completely addicted to Jamba's white gummi smoothie. It is sooo good! I have gone to Jamba Juice 3 times in the past week with my wonderful friends Sam and Kirby. WE LOVE IT SO MUCH!! and Today we went and  I got my usual white gummi but i added raspberries this time and it was soo scrumptious!! And they accidentally made too much so they gave me a large instead of an original! Best day ever!! :D

WE LOVE IT!! <3 <3 <3

My Major

Sooo most of you guys know that I came here with my major declared as Dance because that is what I do.... Well... as of Monday, December 5th 2011 I am officially a Therapeutic Recreation major! :D

I am really excited for this change! It's gonna be really hard but I can definitely do it! I am signed up for a human anatomy class... so scared because I talked to my teacher today and he says that we get to work with cadavers.. can't you just picture me gagging right now? yeah I know... but I am gonna be good at it! :) Also along with my Anatomy class I get to take a Psychology class as well. I am so interested in all of this stuff and can't wait to learn it all!

A Dream Come True

Hey so remember how for awhile I had a wonderful dream to be a photographer!? Yeah well... a bunch of apartments are asking me to take their pictures for them! :D So I have done apartment 109 so far and just wanted to show you guys all my work!

So that is some of the beauty! haha These girls are way fun! Next up APT 108!! ;)

Life in the Burg

Life here in little Rexburg, Idaho may not seem like much... but the truth is you need to know the right people. I have been here for 3 months and have met so many new people! I love eveything about them and have had so many crazy adventures with them! Here are a couple pictures of some friends I have made up here!!

(Sam my BFF and I... we can be so cute sometimes)

(Sam and I again... we are also crazy)

(Sam, Lauren. Asenath, and Me WE ARE GONNA BE ROOMMATES NEXT SEMESTER!!)

(Me, Sam and Kirby we are the 3 amigos.. with boy names)

( The roommates!! Celeste, Megan H., Megan O., Me, Callie, and Sara!)

(These are a couple of our George Town (G.T.) Boys... Me, Tony,Sam, and James)

These are only a few of a ton of people I have met! I wish I had pictures with them all.

I love it here in Rexburg the only thing that would make it better is if it had weather like Cabo. It is seriously freezing here already and it is only gonna get worse. (I am so glad my parents got me footie pajamas to keep me warm at night.. thanks mom and dad!!) People here joke about how students here at BYU-I are like pioneers trekking through a harsh winter... haha it doesn't look like it but it sure does feel like it!

(here is what people have been passing around!)

I have learned so much since I have been here and I love it! I have learned a lot in all of my classes along with how to be responsible. This semester has been a ton of fun and a great learning experience and I can't wait to learn more!!

But the thing i love the most is the spirit that I get to have with me everyday in school. It's completely different because I didn't have that walking through the halls of my high school. Everyone here is happy and kind. No one looks like a stranger. Everyone here has the same knowledge of the gospel and has the same standards as me. Also we have a temple right up on the hill!! You can see it from pretty much everywhere on campus and in town and it is BEAUTIFUL!!

I love BYU-I and Rexburg and i don't care who knows it!! :D
